Award-winning efforts: the Diversity Label®

At ENGIE E&P International, we are proud to belong to a group that is recognised for its commitment to diversity. In March 2012, ENGIE received the Diversity Label® for its efforts to combat discrimination, promote equal opportunity and encourage diversity in the framework of Human Resources management. The distinction, presented by AFNOR, the leading French standardisation organisation, was awarded based on an audit conducted at the Group’s companies in France in order to assess the practices, actions and behaviours of the company, its management and its employees.

In addition, ENGIE E&P International Managers participate in a Group-wide diversity awareness campaign, which was rolled out in 2012. The purpose of the programme is to help managers deepen their understanding of various forms of discrimination. This helps them to better implement adequate prevention measures.
